This report is a guidebook specifically focused on the implementation of performance-based procurement for advancing Sustainable Public Procurement in the Western Cape Province in South Africa. It highlights the challenges and barriers, and provides tools and approaches to tackle these challenges. It draws on both local and international experience and case studies.
