ND4NP competition terms and conditions

1. Entrants

1.1 The Competition is open to all residents of South Africa.

1.2 Directors, members, partners, agents, consultants, tenants or employees of WWF-SA Sitombe photography and Design 4 Development, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this competition.

1.3 This competition will not be open to persons under the age of 18.

2. Term

2.1 The competition opens on 5 June 2020 and closes at midnight on 24 June 2020.

3. The Prize

3.1.1 The Prize is a WWF-Winter hamper that comprises a Black Leopard jacket, an Eco coffee mug, an Uzwelo bag and a Buff, to the total value of R2 400.00 per hamper.

3.2 The Prize includes postage to the entrant’s given address, provided such address is in South Africa. The winner must provide identification sign on receipt of the Prize when it is delivered.

3.3 In the event that the Prize specified in the Competition becomes unavailable for any reason, WWF-SA may substitute a Prize of like or equal value.

4. Entries

4.1 Entrants may enter and stand a chance to win the competition by completing the Sign up form on WWF website voice of the planet and providing their email address.

4.2 WWF-SA takes no responsibility for any inability of an entrant to enter, complete, continue or conclude the competition due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection or otherwise.

4.3 By entering this competition the entrant accepts the full terms, conditions and rules of this competition and agrees to abide by these rules and any requirements and/or proceedings issued by WWF-SA in regard to the competition.

5. The Winner

5.1 The Prize will be awarded to five entrants drawn at random (overseen by an independent auditor), by the Executive Manager of Communications, WWF South Africa, and the Winners will be notified by WWF-SA via email within one month of the T&C Template version _v1_22020 Prize draw. If the email address provided by the entrant is not valid, he/she will forfeit the Prize, and another winner will be selected on the same basis.

5.2 The results of the competition will be verified by an independent auditor selected by WWF-SA.

5.3 The Winner accepts the Prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies WWF-SA in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, or property damage that may occur in connection with the Prize to the fullest extent allowed by law.

5.4 The Prize is exclusively for the Winner and is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash or another Prize, and must be accepted by the Winner within one month of being notified of winning the Prize or he/she will forfeit the Prize.

5.5 Where a diligent attempt to contact the Winner fails or the winner elects not to take the Prize or is unable to take the Prize for whatever reason WWF-SA reserves the right to either select another Winner or not award a Prize at all, in its sole discretion.

5.6 If, after notification, the Prize is not collected or receipt of it taken within one month of the winner being announced, it will be regarded as forfeit.

6. The Promoter

6.1 WWF-SA reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any entry and to refuse the entry of any person who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with any process in redeeming the Prize.

6.2 WWF-SA may refuse the redemption of any Prize in the event of any irregularities or fraudulent activities.
