Join WWF-SA, LeadSA and the V&A Waterfront on 17 March from 12pm-1pm for a Twitter chat ahead of #EarthHourZA
Co-hosts: @WWFSouthAfrica @LeadSA @VandAWaterfront
We’re getting closer to Saturday, 19 March when millions of people from around the planet will turn off their lights for one hour between 8.30pm and 9.30pm for Earth Hour, the world’s largest grassroots movement for the environment.
This year, we’re shining a light on climate action – those individual actions anyone can take that, when added up, translate into a big impact on climate change.
In the spirit of Earth Hour, we’re hosting a Twitter chat about the many ways we can all take climate action and become motivators and climate champions by inspiring our friends, neighbours, family and colleagues to get on board.
Please join our chat as we answer your questions and share climate tips and inspiration to show just how easy it is to get involved.
Q1: How are you greening your diet? #EarthHourZA
Q2: What are you doing to save energy? #EarthHourZA
Q3: Water’s precious. What actions are you taking be more water-wise? #EarthHourZA
Q4: How are you reducing your waste? #EarthHourZA
Q5: On the night: Tell us what you’ll be doing for #Earth HourZA.
